The Apostles of the Interior Life are available for 3, 4, 5, or 6-day missions. This is the general outline that we follow for a Parish Mission:
Saturday Presentation of the Mission and of the missionaries at the evening Mass. One of the missionaries can give a short talk about it after the homily or after the closing prayer. Pot luck dinner following Mass with the parishioners, just to meet them in an informal way.
Sunday Presentation of the missionaries at all Masses. In the evening: meeting with the youth of the parish followed by pizza.
Every evening of the parish mission we give a talk on a different theme:
Monday: Holiness Tuesday: Prayer Wednesday: Eucharist Thursday: Conversion (followed by Penitential celebration)
All through the Parish Mission we are available for talks and spiritual direction on a one to one basis with the parishioners. During the mornings we visit the Catholic schools (High School or 1st- 8th grade if no Catholic High School is available in the area). In the afternoons, we sometimes visit the nursing homes or parishioners that cannot leave their houses for health problems.
